Senior Partner: Charles A. Froberger
Charles was born in South Bend, Indiana
and graduated from Central Michigan University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science
Degree, and a Master of Arts Degree in Public
Administration in 1974. Charles went on to graduate from Thomas M. Cooley law school with a Juris Doctorate
Degree in 1988. He is married with three children and
five grandchildren.
He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and Business Network International.

Matthew N. Froberger
Matt was born in Rochester, Michigan
and graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in 1998, and from Thomas M. Cooley law school with a Juris Doctorate
Degree in 2001 (graduated with honors and cum laude).
He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and Business Network International.

Our
Firm's History
In the court of law, our family name is respected, trusted, and familiar. When you need legal representation, you need someone you can trust.
For three generations and over 60 years Cresswell & Froberger, P.C. has served Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair & Wayne County with their family of aggressive and competent attorneys.
Our firm originated as Cresswell Law in 1947 and was started by John Cresswell. The location of the firm has always been in the same building. In 1988 Charles Froberger joined the firm and the name changed to Cresswell & Froberger, P.C. Matt Froberger joined the firm in 2001 and his brother Anthony joined in 2007.
John Cresswell, the grandfather of Junior Partner Matthew and Associate Partner Anthony, is now deceased and the father and son trio make up the firm today.
